- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 3 dashes of hot pepper sauce
- 3/4 c. canned onion rings
Directions

1Cover bottom of casserole with celery and onion.

2Combine pork and beans, celery seed, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper sauce.

3Pour over celery layer.

4Bake covered at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Remove cover, top with onion rings and bake uncovered 5 minutes until onions are brown.

6Serves 6.
