- 200 grams Cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Minced herbs (use whatever you want. Basil, rosemary, chive, chervil, Italian parsley, oregano, etc.)
- 30 grams Prosciutto
- 1 Coarsely ground pepper
- 1 Chopped nuts for topping (almonds, peanuts, sesame, etc.)
Directions

1Bring the cream cheese to room temperature.

2Mince the prosciutto and herbs.

3Before the herbs start to discolor, combine the herbs, prosciutto and pepper with the cream cheese.

4Chill in the refrigerator.

5Using plastic wrap, roll into a tube and chill in the refrigerator until hardened.

6Warm a knife with hot water and cut the cheese log into disks.

7Top with nuts Enjoy as is.
