- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 c. Crisco or Spry
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 egg
Directions

1With fork, mix together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl, beat remaining ingredients together.

2Add to first mixture and blend well with fork.

3With hands, mold dough into a ball and chill at least 15 minutes before rolling.

4Dough may be stored in refrigerator up to 3 days or frozen until ready to use.

5Makes 4 pie shells or 1 double and 2 shells or 2 double pies.
