- 11 each oreo cookies vanilla
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 12 ounces tofu well drained
- 1/2 cup sugar granulated
- 1/4 cup liqueur vanilla
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 12 each egg whites
Directions

1In a large bowl combine cream cheese, tofu, sugar replacement, vanilla-flavored liqueur, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.

2Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.

3Stir in egg whites.

4Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.

5Bake at 225 degrees F for 1 hour and 20 min or until the center no longer looks wet or shiny.

6Remove the cake from the oven and run a knife around the inside edge of the pan.

7Turn the oven off; return the cake to the oven for an additional 2 hour.

8Chill, uncovered, overnight.
