Ingredients

  • 2 cans vegetarian beans (or equivalent amount dried, cooked beans)
  • 3 to 4 vegetarian wieners
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 qt. home canned tomatoes
  • onion, if desired
  • 1 c. brown sugar (more or less to taste)

Directions

    Mix together and place in greased dish.

    Bake slowly at 300° for 2 hours, or until set.
