  • 1 c. uncooked long grain rice
  • 6 large Vidalia onions
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • paprika

Directions
