  • 2 lb. or 5 onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 c. (pkg.) Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook onions in oleo.

    Add eggs, sour cream and remaining ingredients.

    Pour into unbaked pie crust.

    Bake at 450° for 20 minutes or 325° for 20 minutes.
