- 1 1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
- 2 1/2 c. thinly sliced raw Vidalia onions
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

1Mix cracker crumbs with 1/2 cup melted butter and press into a 10-inch pie plate.

2Saute onions in 2 tablespoons butter and pour into the crust.

3Scald milk and add slowly into the eggs.

4Add grated cheese and stir.

5Pour over onions and bake 35 minutes at 350°.
