Vidalia Onions

  • 4 large Vidalia onions
  • 4 beef bouillon cubes
  • butter or margarine
  • 1 to 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Cut 4 pieces of aluminum foil (enough to cover each onion). Clean onions and cut a hole in the top the size of a bouillon cube.

    Place cube in onion top with a pat of butter or margarine and pour on Worcestershire sauce.

    Bring the corners of the foil together and twist.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until onions are tender.

    Serve with steaks, chops or any meal.
