  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka, preferably rye, such as Bols
  • 3/4 ounce pisco
  • 3/4 ounce French vermouth, such as Dolin
  • 1/4 ounce Galliano (Italian herbal liqueur)
  • 1/4 ounce Benedictine (spiced herbal liqueur)
  • 2 dashes of lemon bitters
  • Ice
  • 1 lemon twist

    In a mixing glass, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the lemon twist; fill with ice and stir well.

    Strain into a chilled coupe, then pinch the twist over the drink and discard.
