- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan.

2Add sugar and vinegar.

3Stir until sugar dissolves.

4Wash down sides of pan with pastry brush dipped in cold water.

5Boil mixture to brittle stage (256° on candy thermometer).

6Slightly cool, then pull until white and cut into small pieces with scissors or sharp knife.

7Arrange pieces on slightly buttered plates to cool.
