- 2 c. creamed corn
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Beat eggs into corn.

2Combine sugar, flour, salt and pepper; add milk slowly until smooth.

3Add to corn and egg mixture.

4Last, pour in butter.

5Put in 1-quart casserole and bake about 1 hour at 400°.

6Check doneness by inserting knife; if it comes out clean, it's done!
