  • 1/2 cup cranberries, frozen whole
  • 1 large carrot, sliced
  • 1 mango, peeled, I only use 1/2
  • 6 strawberries, capped
  • 1/2 cup cantaloupe
  • 1 tablespoon grape juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda granular
  • 1/4 cup nonfat milk

Directions

    Place all ingredients into the blender and process until smooth-add 2 ice cubes and process until blended into the smoothie. Enjoy!
