- 2 tablespoons butter
- 14 lb bacon, chopped (about 5 strips)
- 13 cup vodka
- 1 12 cups tomato sauce
- 12 cup heavy cream
Directions

1Melt butter over moderate heat.

2Add bacon and cook until lightly browned.

3Remove pan from heat and add vodka.

4Return to stove and cook until reduced by half.

5Add tomato sauce and cream.

6Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
