  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 5 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. cold water

    Mix first 6 ingredients.

    Make three holes.

    In first hole put melted margarine, in second hole put vinegar and in third hole put vanilla.

    Pour cold water over the mixture.

    Mix with a fork until smooth.

    Bake in a greased and floured 8-inch pan at 350° for 35 minutes.
