  • 1 cup flour
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 12 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

    Mix egg yolks in bowl with sour cream.

    Sift together flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, and soda.

    Blend sifted ingredients in with eggs and cream.

    Add oil, cinnamon, nuts, and vanilla.

    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in gently.

    Bake in waffle iron.

    Will keep in warm oven on open racks.

    Freeze in plastic bags (if you actually have any left).
