  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. oil

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix dry ingredients in large bowl; add vinegar, oil, water and vanilla.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350° in a large sheet cake pan. Frost with your favorite powdered sugar frosting.
