  • 1 (16 to 17 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) guacamole dip (avocado)
  • 1 (4 oz.) diced green chilies
  • 1 (2 oz.) sliced black olives
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • lettuce, shredded (if desired)
  • crackers or tortilla chips (for dipping)

Directions

    Layer all ingredients on a large platter (12-inch pizza pan works well) in order given (adding shredded lettuce after tomatoes, if used).
