  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp marjoram dried
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary dried
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 3 cup cooked rice ( cooked in vegetable broth)
  • 2 tsp parsley dried and chopped
  • 1 kosher salt to taste

    cook the onions carrots herbs in ghee till the vegetables are tender

    toast the walnuts in a pan add to vegetables add rice add kosher salt to taste
