- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.

2Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth.

4At low speed, stir in flour mixture.

5Fold in walnuts, vanilla and sour cream.

6Turn batter into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

7Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then invert onto wire rack.
