- 3 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 to 2 tsp. instant bouillon
- 2 c. milk
- 2/3 c. water
- 1/3 c. butter
- 2/3 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 c. herb stuffing mix
Directions

1Cook the broccoli as directed.

2Heat oven to 400°.

3Grease a 2-quart casserole.

4Spoon broccoli into prepared casserole.

5In small saucepan combine 1/2 cup butter, flour and bouillon; mix well, gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.

6Pour over broccoli.

7In small pan, combine water and 1/3 cup butter, add herb stuffing and walnuts.

8Spoon stuffing mixture over broccoli.

9Bake 20 to 30 minutes.

10Serves 8.
