  • 5 Tbsp. oil
  • 5 tsp. soy sauce
  • 3 tsp. cornstarch
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thinly into strips
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 1 medium onion, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 lb. broccoli, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 c. walnuts
  • hot cooked rice

Directions

    Mix 1 tablespoon oil, 2 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 teaspoon cornstarch in a small bowl.
