- 1/4 c. shoyu sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. beer
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 lb. boneless chicken
- 1/3 c. sliced green onions
- 1 (8 oz.) box fresh mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. broken walnuts
Directions

1Combine shoyu sauce, sugar, beer, ginger, garlic and chicken in a bowl.

2Marinate for approximately 30 minutes.

3Heat oil in wok or skillet and add chicken.

4Stir-fry until chicken is cooked and soy mixture begins to coat chicken.

5Add green onions, mushrooms and walnuts.

6Cook 3 minutes, tossing mixture with slotted spoon.

7Serves 4 portions.
