- 12 cup walnuts, chopped
- 4 ounces silken tofu
- 12 cup light olive oil
- 12 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 14 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla (yes, one tablespoon)
Directions

1Combine flours, baking powder, and salt with whisk.

2In another bowl, combine tofu, olive oil, brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth.

3Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
