Walnut Crunch Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 11 crushed graham crackers

Directions

    Beat egg whites until fluffy, not stiff.

    Add baking powder. Beat in sugar.

    Fold in above mixture.

    Pour into 8 or 9-inch pie dish. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.

    Remove from oven and press down egg whites while hot.

    Refrigerate 4 hours.

    Top with whipped cream before serving.
