- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 11 crushed graham crackers
Directions

1Beat egg whites until fluffy, not stiff.

2Add baking powder. Beat in sugar.

3Fold in above mixture.

4Pour into 8 or 9-inch pie dish. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.

5Remove from oven and press down egg whites while hot.

6Refrigerate 4 hours.

7Top with whipped cream before serving.
