  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. water
  • 3/4 c. molasses
  • 3/4 c. nuts, chopped
  • pastry for 1 crust

    Mix sugar and flour; add beaten eggs.

    Add molasses, water and chopped nuts.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell and top with strips.
