  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 3/4 c. corn syrup
  • 3/4 c. walnuts
  • 1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Beat together all ingredients, except nuts.

    Mix in nuts. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan.

    Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes, until filling is set and pastry is nicely browned. Cool.

    Serve slightly warm or cold.
