- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt; set aside.

2In large bowl, cream butter and sugar; add egg and orange juice.

3Beat until smooth.

4Mix in flour mixture and pineapple.

5Stir in raisins and walnuts.

6Pour in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan; bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes.
