- 1 lb. carrots, cut into 1 1/2-inch sticks or use baby carrots
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's condensed cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
- 3 c. broccoli flowerets
- toasted chopped walnuts
Directions

1Conventional:

2In covered skillet over medium heat, in 1/2-inch boiling salted water, cook carrots 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.

3Drain.

4In skillet, stir soup, milk and basil until smooth.

5Add broccoli.

6Heat to boiling.

7Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring often.

8Top with walnuts.
