Warm Blue Cheese Dip

  • 7 slices bacon, diced
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 c. half and half
  • 4 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped smoked almonds

Directions

    Cook bacon 7 minutes; drain.

    Add garlic and cook until bacon is crisp.

    Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in bacon, Blue cheese and chives.

    Transfer to baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
