Warm Fruited Bread Pudding

- 34 cup nonfat milk
- 7 slices whole wheat bread, sliced and cubed
- 13 cup apricot conserve, fruit conserve (your choice fruit)
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions

1In a sauce pan, whisk together milk and cornstarch, cooking over medium heat.

2Cook till thick and bubbly.

3In a 1 quart baking dish, place bread cubes.

4When milk is thick, remove from heat.

5Add conserves, egg white and vanilla.

6Mix well pour over bread.

7Distribute mixture evenly throughout the baking dish.

8Place in preheated 425 degree oven.

9Cook until thick and bubbly around the sides.

10Remove let stand 5 minutes and serve.
