- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
Directions

1Heat the oil in a saucepan.

2Add the onion and pepper.

3Cook until just soft (do not brown).

4Add the garlic, celery seed and Dijon.

5Heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

6Remove from the heat and allow the sauce to sit for 15 minutes.
