  • 1 ready-to-use baked whole wheat pizza crust (12 inch)
  • 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread, softened
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar blend sugar replacement
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 fresh pear, thinly sliced
  • 2 kiwis, peeled, sliced
  • 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
