  • 12 dozen hard-boiled egg
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 14 cup brown mustard
  • 12 cup crushed wasabi peas
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

    Hard Boil Eggs.

    Cut eggs in half long ways, and remove yolks.

    Blend egg yolks with avocado, mustard, salt and pepper.

    Fill egg white cavity with the mixture.

    Top each egg half with paprika and Crushed up Wasabi World Peas.

    Serve immediately.
