- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Directions

1Combine crumbs, sugar and melted margarine.

2Press onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.

3Bake at 325° for 10 minutes.

4Increase oven temperature to 450°.

5Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed until well blended.

6Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

7Blend in milk and vanilla.

8Pour mixture over crust.

9Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250°; continue baking 25 to 30 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan.

10Cool before removing.

11Chill. Before serving, top with pie filling.
