  • 1/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 c. flour (all-purpose)
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix water, shortening and milk.

    Whip until creamy with a fork or mixer.

    Mix flour and salt together; add to shortening.
