  • 1 box pistachio pudding
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. club soda
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 pkg. Cool Whip
  • 1 1/3 c. cold milk

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except nuts and Cool Whip, in mixer and mix 2 minutes on medium.

    Add nuts and bake in pan for 50 minutes at 350°.

    Cool before frosting with Cool Whip.
