  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. club soda
  • Pistachio Frosting
  • pecan halves

    Combine first six ingredients.

    Beat 4 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer.

    Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

    Turn out on wire rack to cool.

    Frost with Pistachio Frosting and garnish with pecans.
