  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 c. oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 c. club soda

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a large electric mixer bowl; beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Turn on wire rack to cool. Frost with Pistachio Frosting.
