Watermelon Ice Cream

  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • green food coloring
  • 1 container raspberry sherbet
  • 1 piece sweetened chocolate

    Get a bowl and line with Saran Wrap.

    Divide Cool Whip in half.

    Add green food coloring to half and make dark green, as outside of watermelon.

    Line the green mixture evenly in bowl. Freeze for 20 minutes.

    Put remaining white half of Cool Whip evenly over green.

    Freeze for 20 minutes.

    Soften sherbet and stir in cut chocolate bits the size of seeds.

    Mix well.

    Put over top of white layer.

    Freeze overnight.

    Flip bowl onto dish.

    It will come out with green on top as a watermelon would look.

    Slice down to serve.
