  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • dash of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
