- 6 large Jalapenos , cut into halfs
- 2 sticks of cream cheese
- 12 slices of thick cut bacon, whatever is your favorite
- dash soy sauce, couple of dashes
Directions

1So I start by cutting all the jalapenos into halfs

2Than I use a spoon and take the seeds out.

3On this step you can also decide on how hott you want the poppers , so gutting the peppers very well won't leave much heat.

4After that it gets messy, I use the spoon and fill each pepper with cream cheese .

5Fill them to the max or whatever your liking is .

6Also the cream cheese doesn't have to be room temperature either .

7After filling I take a slice of bacon and dip it down into the cream cheese and start wrapping the bacon around the pepper .

8If you can't get large peppers , no problem.

9Just cut the bacon slices in half .

10I've done that plenty of times.

11After the bacon is on , on a cookie sheet I line it with foil and dash soy sauce on the bottom.

12Just a couple dashes .

13Then I spread out the poppers and bake at 350 for about 35 to 45 minutes.

14Just till the bacon and cream cheese start to brown and crisp .
