- 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- Confectioners sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Roll by hand into balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Place confectioners sugar on wax paper. Remove cookies from oven and roll in sugar. Let cool; roll in sugar two additional times.
