  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup pecan chips
  • Additional powdered sugar

Directions

    1. Cream butter, and add powdered sugar and vanilla; cream to blend. Add flour and pecans; mix well.

    2. Measure dough by teaspoons - roll in palms into balls. Bake at 325° F on nonstick cookie sheet for 30 minutes.

    3. Roll in powdered sugar while still hot. Let cool and then roll again.
