- 1/2 c. (1 stick) Land O Lakes butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1 c. powdered sugar
Directions

1Beat butter with mixer until creamy. Add flour, sugar and vanilla, beating until blended. Stir in pecans. Dough will be stiff. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack. Cool slightly and roll warm cookies in powdered sugar. Cool completely.
