Ingredients

  • 4 lb. sugar
  • 2 oz. citric acid
  • juice of 6 lemons
  • 1 tall can pineapple juice
  • 1 qt. ginger ale
  • 1 qt. orange juice (concentrated) or 3 large cans

Directions

    Pour 1 quart boiling water over sugar and citric acid and dissolve.

    Add pineapple, orange and lemon juices.

    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
