  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. lime juice
  • 1 pt. pineapple sherbet
  • 3 1/2 c. lemon-lime carbonated beverage
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 tsp. grated lime rind
  • 1 pt. lime sherbet

Directions

    Combine sugar and 1 cup water in saucepan.

    Cook, stirring until sugar dissolves.

    Add remaining water, lime juice and lime rind; chill.

    Spoon sherbet into punch.

    Add lemon-lime beverage. Yields about 2 1/2 quarts.
