- 32 large marshmallows
- 1/2 c. strong coffee
- 1 pkg. graham crackers
- 3 or 4 bananas
- 1 pt. heavy cream
- chopped walnuts
Directions

1Pour coffee in a large saucepan.

2Add marshmallows; stir over low heat until it's a syrup.

3Cool.

4Whip cream; fold into syrup. Line an 8 x 8 x 3-inch dish with graham crackers, then a layer of banana slices.

5Pour half of syrup mixture, then layer graham crackers, sliced bananas and other half of mixture.

6Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

7Refrigerate.
