- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 slice bread, crumbled
- 1 small apple

1Beat egg, add a little milk, cinnamon and mix with bread. Grate small apple.

2Spray pan with Pam, pour batter on pan, put grated apple on top.
