  • 1 cut up fryer or 5 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 3 raw carrots, cut into pieces 3 inches long

    In a large pot, combine ingredients.

    Brown chicken until golden brown.

    Do not add water.

    Cook on low heat about 1 hour. Good over rice or noodles.
